Please read the following rules before booking or attending an appointment.

General Rules

Feel free to bring your child with you. Please note that in this case, only a consultation can take place. Alternatively, it is advisable to bring an accompanying person to supervise the child. For legal reasons, the staff at the practice cannot take responsibility for supervising your child.

For hygienic reasons, bringing dogs or any other pets is not permitted. Out of consideration for our neighbors, it is also not allowed to tie them up in the hallway in front of the practice.

Please note that the treatments we offer are not medically necessary. If a treatment is declined (for any reason), there is no entitlement to treatment from the doctor.

Before Treatment

  • No cold or infection
  • No antibiotic use
  • No vaccinations
  • No dental treatments or dental surgeries
  • No herpes or inflammations in the facial area
  • No laser, microneedling, or other invasive facial treatments in the treatment area
  • No piercings, tattoos, or permanent makeup on the face
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Untreated epilepsy
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Use of immunosuppressants or immunomodulatory medications (corticosteroids <7.5mg daily or antibody/biologics therapy)
  • Certain autoimmune diseases
  • If you have an allergy to bee/wasp venom or lidocaine
  • 6 months after major facial surgery (e.g., facelift, nose surgery), 3 months after minor facial surgery (e.g., eyelid lift)

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • 3 months after major facial surgery (e.g., facelift, nose surgery), 6 weeks after minor facial surgery (e.g., eyelid lift)
  • If you have underlying conditions associated with muscle weakness (e.g., Myasthenia Gravis)

After Treatment

Directly after the treatment / Day 1

    • Do not smoke for 4 hours
    • Do not consume hot drinks or food for 4 hours (after lip injections)
    • No kissing (lip injections)
    • No alcohol
    • No makeup or creams
    • If needed, apply light cooling (not a frozen cooling pad!)
  • Until 2 days after
    • No exercise
  • Until 7 days after
    • No intense sun exposure, sauna, or tanning beds
  • Until 14 days after
    • No laser, microneedling, or other invasive facial treatments in the treatment area
    • No vaccinations
    • No dental treatments or dental surgeries
    • No facial massages or GuaSha (unless instructed by the doctor)

Please ensure adequate hydration (at least 2 liters of water per day), especially during the first 2 weeks.

  • Directly after the treatment / Day 1
    • Keep your head upright for 4 hours
    • No alcohol
    • No makeup or creams
    • Do not massage the botulinum toxin
  • Until 2 days after
    • No exercise
  • Until 7 days after
    • No intense sun exposure, sauna, or tanning beds
  • Until 14 days after
    • No laser, microneedling, or other invasive facial treatments in the treatment area
    • No vaccinations
    • No dental surgeries
    • No facial massages or GuaSha (unless instructed by the doctor)

      Please note that there must be at least 3 months between two botulinum toxin treatments (regardless of the area) to avoid the development of long-term antibodies (which can lead to a loss of effectiveness).

If a touch-up is necessary, it can be done between the 14th and 21st day after the treatment. This is usually free of charge.

Yes, we do accept VAT-forms.
Please remember, the vat can only be excluded from the bill, if your VAT-form is still valid and in original form. Digitally saved VAT- forms are not accepted.
